No refunds, cancellations, or transfers will be provided after payment is successfully completed.
Reason for No Refunds

- Immediate access to proprietary educational content
- Live or scheduled sessions with limited seats

Once access is granted or a seat is reserved, the service is considered consumed, and therefore cannot be reversed.
Exceptional Situations
Refunds will not be provided for reasons including, but not limited to:

- Inability to attend a live session

Webinar Access
For live webinars:
- Access details are shared after successful payment
- It is the participant’s responsibility to attend the session at the scheduled time
- In case of absence, no refunds will be issued
(You may optionally provide a recording at your discretion, but this does not change the no-refund policy.)
Technical Issues
In rare cases where a technical issue occurs from our side (such as failure to deliver access to the webinar), we will ensure:
- Resending access details, or
- Providing alternative access (such as a recording, if available)
However, this does not qualify for a refund.
Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting our support team.
Unauthorized disputes may lead to:
- Suspension of access to current and future services
